Magic Leap 2 strengths

Magic Leap 2 is equipped with a powerful processor, enabling it to perform even the most demanding tasks with ease. Compared with its predecessor, the Magic Leap 1, which had a 50-degree field of view, the Magic Leap 2 offers an impressive 70-degree field of view, enabling a wider perspective of the environment. What's more, the glasses' lenses have been considerably improved, enabling higher screen resolution. The Magic Leap 2 is equipped with various sensors capable of collecting a variety of data, including precise eye tracking and an integrated eye tracker. Users can control Headset hand gestures and communicate hands-free via voice recognition, expanding interaction possibilities by enhancing immersive experiences. Magic Leap 2 has been designed with multiple input options. It can be controlled using a joystick, hand tracking, eye tracking, voice command and optionally with other Bluetooth devices. All these methods can be used simultaneously.

When purchased, Magic Leap 2 comes with a controller and an external power source. The headset is connected to this power source via a discreet cable, which fits easily into a pocket or attaches to pants, guaranteeing a seamless, uninterrupted AR experience.

What are the differences between Magic Leap 2 Base Edition, Magic Leap 2 Developer Pro and Magic Leap 2 Enterprise?

If you have an existing or developed application or software, the Magic Leap 2 Base Edition is for you. Although this is the basic version, this AR headset offers advanced specifications and innovative features. If you're developing a customized Augmented Reality software solution, then the Magic Leap 2 Developer Pro version is a better choice. This edition provides access to the first commercial features, unique developer updates and Magic Leap templates. The Magic Leap 2 Enterprise Edition offers the same development features as the Developer Pro, but comes with a 2-year extended warranty, including free repair or replacement of the product within 1-2 working days.
