Featuring wide area tracking, the Base Station 2.0 enhances the presence and immersion of virtual reality at room scale by helping headsets and controllers track their exact location. Includes wireless sync. 

Harness the full power of this technology by installing 4 base stations to enclose a room up to 10m x 10m (100 square metres) or with 2 stations up to 5m x 5m.

Configuration tips 

Before installing your devices, first decide whether you want to set up a room-scale play area or just a fixed sitting/standing position. 

  • A room-scale installation requires a minimum play area of 2m x 1.5m 
  • Fixed mode experiments do not require a minimum space 

Each base station has a horizontal field of view of 150°. Rotate the angle of the cameras to the left or right to fine-tune the setting and fully cover the desired play area.
